根据工艺装置的生产规模、流程特点、产品质量、工艺操作要求，设置中央控制室，对工艺生产装置（包括合成氨装置、尿素装置、大颗粒尿素装置）及配套公用工程（包括原水净化站、除盐水站、循环水站、污水处理站）及辅助设施（包括氨罐区、空压站及火炬）进行集中监控和操作，在中央控制室按照工艺控制和生产操作的要求设置合成氨装置、尿素装置、大颗粒尿素装置、公用工程（除热电站外）四个操作区域。According to the production capacity, flow characteristics, product quality, process operation requirements of the process units, a central control room (“CCR”) is established for centralized monitoring and operation of the process production units, supporting utilities and auxiliary facilities. The process production units include the synthetic ammonia unit, urea unit and prilled urea unit, the supporting utilities consist of the raw water purification station, demineralized water station, circulating water station, and sewage treatment station, and the auxiliary facilities are comprised of the ammonia tank farm, air compressor station and flare. In the CCR, four operation zones respectively for the synthetic ammonia unit, urea unit, prilled urea unit and utilities (excluding the thermal power plant) are arranged according to the requirements for process control and production operation. 根据总图布置，氨罐区设置DCS远程I/O站，通过光缆传送信号至中央控制室。设置三个水处理站现场机柜室，即除盐水站现场机柜室、污水处理站现场机柜室、循环水站与原水净化站联合现场机柜室。在公用工程水处理站开车投产阶段，操作人员可在相应现场机柜室操作，待生产正常后，操作人员移至中央控制室，共同对全厂的工艺生产装置、配套公用工程水处理站进行集中监控。热电站装置设置热电站控制室进行集中监控和操作。According to the General Layout Plan, the ammonia tank farm is provided with a DCS remote I/O station which sends signals to the CCR via optical cables. Three on-site cabinet rooms are provided for the water treatment stations of supporting utilities, i.e., the demineralized water station, sewage treatment station and circulating water & raw water purification station. During the start-up stage of water treatment stations, operators may work in relevant on-site cabinet rooms and then move to the CCR after normal production for centralized monitoring and operation of the whole plant’s process production units and water treatment stations. A thermal power plant control room is set for its central monitoring and operation.
